The fruit is collected when perfectly ripe after proceeding to the measurement of its firmness and sugar content. Then it is taken to our own fruit and vegetable centre and we stock it in our refrigerated warehouses so that it keeps all its characteristics and waits for the refrigerated truck that will take to its final destiny.
